1. Introduction
Welcome to Le Beauty & Skincare Clinic ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, booking treatments, purchasing skincare products, enrolling in educational training, or using any of our online services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern your relationship with us and ensure a safe, lawful, and professional environment for our clients and students.

2.1 Clinical Services
We offer a curated selection of cosmetic and dermal services, including:

- Personalised skincare consultations and treatment planning
2.2 Educational Training
Delivered under the prestige of Le Spa Massage Academy, we provide:
- Hybrid facial beauty training (theoretical and practical components)
- Certificates of attendance for professional development
- Online content, blogs, and industry education for continued learning
2.3 Retail and Online Offerings
We retail premium skincare products and provide:
- Customised online skincare recommendations
- Evidence-based product solutions for individual skin concerns
All services adhere to Australian professional and ethical standards, ensuring safe, compliant, and client-centric care.
2.4 Services and Treatments
- All skin and injectable treatments are performed by qualified dermal therapists and/or registered nurses in accordance with Australian regulations and clinical standards.
- Results may vary depending on individual skin types, concerns, and compliance with aftercare instructions.
- A full consultation is required before your first cosmetic or dermal treatment. We reserve the right to decline service based on medical or ethical grounds.
- Clients must be aged 18 years or older for cosmetic injection services unless otherwise medically authorised.
3. Client Eligibility & Obligations
Clients must:
- Be 18 years or older to receive cosmetic injectables (unless medically exempt and with legal consent)
- Disclose all relevant health, allergy, and medication information prior to any treatment or consultation
- Adhere to all pre- and post-treatment instructions as advised by our clinicians
- We reserve the right to decline or modify any treatment or enrolment based on professional assessment and clinical appropriateness.
4. Appointments, Booking, and Payments
4.1 Scheduling & Attendance
- All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture
- Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or rescheduling
4.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is accepted via EFTPOS, credit/debit cards, and secure online payment systems (e.g., PayPal, Stripe)
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
- Full payment is required before the release of products, access to online training, or commencement of treatments
5. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
5.1 Clinical Services
- Refunds are not available for services rendered
- Under the Australian Consumer Law, clients are entitled to remedies if services are not provided with due care or as represented
5.2 Skincare Products
- Products may be returned within 7 business days if unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Due to hygiene and safety regulations, customised, prescription, or opened products are non-returnable
- Le Beauty & Skincare Clinic is not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, or client non-disclosure
5.3 Training Courses
- Training enrolments are non-refundable and non-transferable once course access has been granted
- Cancellations made 14 days prior to course commencement may be eligible for partial refund (less administrative fee)
- In the event of clinic-led cancellation or rescheduling, alternative arrangements or full refunds will be offered
6. Online Skincare Consultations
Remote skincare consultations are designed to provide professional guidance based on client-provided information. However:
- These do not substitute for medical advice or diagnosis and face to face consultation.
- Clients are responsible for the accuracy of disclosed information
- Recommendations are evidence-based but not guaranteed for individual outcomes
7. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property—including but not limited to training materials, blog content, videos, clinical protocols, and branding—remain the exclusive property of Le Beauty & Skincare Clinic.
- No part of our content may be reproduced, stored, or transmitted without prior written consent. Legal action may be taken against infringement.
8. Professional Conduct
We uphold a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Disrespectful, abusive, or discriminatory behaviour toward staff, students, or other clients
- Disruption of courses or treatments
- Misuse of clinical or educational materials
- Breaches may result in immediate service termination and permanent account restriction.
9. Infection Control and Safety Protocols
- Our clinic maintains rigorous hygiene and infection control practices in line with national health and safety guidelines.
- All tools and surfaces are sanitised between clients
- PPE is used where required to protect both clients and staff
- Clients exhibiting signs of illness may be refused treatment for safety reasons
10. Privacy and Data Security
- All client data is collected, used, and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
- Data is used solely for clinical, educational, or marketing purposes (where consent is provided)
- We do not sell or disclose personal information to third parties unless required by law

11. Limitation of Liability
- While we strive for the highest standards of care, results may vary due to individual skin responses, external factors, and adherence to aftercare.
- Le Beauty & Skincare Clinic is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from misuse, non-compliance, or undisclosed conditions
- By using our services, clients agree to release us from any claims arising from unexpected or non-permanent outcomes
12. Website Usage
