Meet the Founders

Chris – Co-Founder | Registered Nurse | Dermal Clinician | Aesthetic Educator

Chris represents a new generation of aesthetic professionals who bridge the often-overlooked gap between medical cosmetic treatments and long-term skin health.

While working in clinical and spa settings, Chris identified a growing need for integrated care – where cosmetic injectables are supported by robust dermal therapy, and vice versa. He observed that many practitioners in the field either focused solely on injectables or solely on skincare, creating fragmented treatment outcomes and gaps in client education.

Motivated to fill this void, Chris pursued both a Bachelor of Nursing and a Bachelor of Health Science (Aesthetics) – a unique combination not commonly held within the cosmetic industry. This dual expertise allows him to develop comprehensive, client-centred treatment plans that address both the surface appearance and the underlying causes of skin concerns.

Chris’s journey in the beauty and healthcare sector began through his early work in spas and wellness clinics, where he developed a strong foundation in skin analysis, customer service, and beauty treatments. His passion for skin health grew into a career that now spans across cosmetic injectables, microneedling, acne management, anti-ageing treatments, and stress-related skin care.

He has trained extensively both in Australia and internationally – including clinical placements and mentorships in some of the top cosmetic clinics in Ho Chi Minh City and Queensland. Chris’s scope of practice bridges the gap between cosmetic nursing and dermal therapy, allowing him to provide holistic treatment plans that consider both dermatological outcomes and mental wellbeing.

His vision is to use digital platforms to educate, empower, and inspire the next generation of professionals with science-based, client-safe knowledge.

Kim Le Robertson – Co-Founder | Director of Le Spa Massage Academy | Global Beauty and Spa Trainer

With over 20 years of international experience in the beauty and wellness industry, Kim Le Robertson is a leading figure in spa therapy and education. As the founder and owner of Le Spa Massage Academy, Kim has established a centre of excellence in remedial massage, beauty therapy, and professional training in Brisbane, Australia.

Her career spans luxury resorts and 5-star day spas across Australia, Vietnam, Thailand, Argentina, Dominican Republic, Papua New Guinea, and Fiji. In her global roles, Kim led the development of spa menus, built entire spa operations from the ground up, and trained therapists to deliver services to the highest international standard.

Since settling in Australia, Kim has accumulated an impressive portfolio of qualifications, including:

• Diploma of Remedial Massage (HLT52015) – Q Academy

• Diploma of Beauty Therapy (SHB50115) – Noble Training Academy

• Certifications in Anesi Skincare, Dry Needling, Lymphatic Drainage, and Spa Management
